There's a growing interest in traveling to secluded locations,
yet the current market lacks tools to assist travelers in planning
and optimising their trips effectively.
42% of Australians prefer domestic holidays, with most favoring nature (64%), coast (59%), and exploring secluded locations (54%).

A market gap for
travel optimisation
Mainstream holiday planning apps prioritize itinerary planning but lack route optimisation tools.
Travelers are left to manually map routes, which is overwhelming and inefficient.
While existing route optimisation tools cater to freight delivery, there's an opportunity to streamline and automate route mapping for travelers.
Challenges with integrating event bookings into itineraries
Event booking apps excel at finding and reserving events, but they frequently lack seamless integration with user-friendly itineraries.
Consequently, users must manually transfer event details, which is time-consuming and error-prone.
How might we
cater to travelers' varied needs and interests while generating efficient travel routes?
03. SOLUTION
A web-based travel planner that generates
personalised suggestions for events and destinations,
creates itineraries, and optimises routes.
Optimise Route
The optimised route feature arranges stops for maximum time efficiency, elevating the enjoyment of planned activities.
It also adjusts for road conditions, avoiding high-risk areas in wet weather for safety. Users can download the route map for offline access.
Personalised Recommendations
Personalised recommendations, factoring in location, time constraints, and individual tastes, ensure users discover relevant events and destinations, enriching their travel experience.
Generate Itinerary
Users can generate their itinerary and populate it with selected events and destinations for a quick and tailored travel plan
Bookmark
Users can create a personalized database of favorite sites and attractions for easy access and future reference.
